Win executive lounge entry for two!

Entry

  • The monthly prize draws are only open to residents of the UK. The Prize Draws are not open to employees (or members of their families) of Bristol International Airport or Servisair.
  • The monthly prize draws are only open to persons who join and validate their Travel Rewards account through the Bristol International Airport website.
  • New members will be entered into one prize draw within a month of joining Travel Rewards and validating their account.
  • New members only will be entered into the monthly prize draw. Exisiting members or those that unsubscribe and rejoin will not be entered.
  • The promoter of the prize draws is Bristol International Airport Limited of the Administration Building, Bristol International Airport, Bristol, BS48 3DY.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • Closing date for entries will be at midnight on 29th of each month.
  • The prize draw winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants on 30th of each month. There will only be one monthly winner.
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone on or after 31st of each month. At this point, the winner will be given instructions on how to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed by 20th of the following month, after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so and without liability to any other entrant as to how the prize is disposed of.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free of charge.
  • To be entered in the prize draw, entrants must complete the online registration form and provide contact details (email address and contact telephone number). These details will only be used for the Prize Draw and will not be passed on to any third party.
  • Only persons who are still members of Travel Rewards at the time of the prize draw will be valid entrants.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the prize winners must provide proof of age.
  • Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will be disqualified. The Promoter is not liable for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this Prize Draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.

Prize

  • The monthly winner drawn will win one complimentary visit to the Servisair Executive Lounge at Bristol International Airport for two people. There is no cash alternative.
  • The prize is provided by Servisair as operator of the executive lounge at Bristol International Airport and the Promoter will not be liable for any default of Servisair.
  • The prize is not transferable and is valid for one year from the date of issue. The card may not be used by any person other than the prize draw winner and one guest.
  • Admittance to the lounge is conditional upon presentation of the valid invite and is subject to Servisair's usual conditions of admission.
  • Additional guests will be subject to the standard per person per visit charge.
  • Access may be restricted due to space constraints, and this will be wholly at the discretion of Servisair. Every effort will be made to ensure that the facilities are available to the winner subject to these terms and conditions, but Servisair does not guarantee that said facilities will be available at the time of the prize winners visit.
  • Servisair shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the lounge facilities during the hours advertised, but reserves the right to vary the hours of operation or close the lounge due to refurbishment.
  • Servisair reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy to prevent overcrowding.
  • The provision of free alcoholic drinks is at the discretion of Servisair, and in some cases may be limited.
  • Customers must not remove food or drinks from the executive lounge.
  • Admittance to the lounge is subject to the winner behaving and dressing in an orderly and correct manner and Servisair shall have the right to refuse a customer entry to the lounge facilities for any statutory, regulatory or Airport policy reasons, including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire regulations.
  • Admittance to the lounge is strictly subject to the prize winner being in possession of a valid flight ticket for the same day of travel.
  • The lounge facilities are provided subject to these terms and conditions, which the winner accepts by accepting the prize.
  • If the prize is lost, stolen or damaged Travel Rewards must be notified immediately. A replacement invite will not be issued.
