Passengers arriving at Bristol International Airport should be aware that
the area in front of the terminal building is currently closed to vehicles
(with the exception of the airport's own car park buses and the Airport
Express coach service). Due to the current security risks/restrictions at
all UK airports, and following the recent terrorist actions at Glasgow
Airport, the decision to close Bristol International Airport forecourt was
made in accordance with the Department for Transport to close ALL terminal
fronts and reduce the threat.
Please use the rapid pick up car park (view map) if you are dropping off passengers at the airport.
Passengers wishing to park at the airport should be aware that all on-site
car parks are open and available to use as normal. As always, we ask
passengers to remain vigilant and report anything suspicious to airport
security staff or the police.
